We opened our doors on November 15, 1996 with the concept that service is our business. We are very proud of our accomplishments and the reputation we have earned over the past 12 years. Our sales team has assisted with large projects including project condominium sales, such as Kalapaki Villas; large subdivision sales such as Molokoa Village III; the Puhi Industrial Park and several large Amfac parcels, including but not limited to the sales of the Amfac Sugar Land on Kauai which was over 18,000 acres, the largest land sale on Kauai. We specialize in assisting investors with second home purchases, relocations and first time home buyer assistance. Our sales service includes: open houses, several internet sites, in house printing for brochures, newspaper and magazine advertising. Our 50 inch plasma screen, which is strategically placed in the lobby of our office, displays an impressive slide show of all our current listings. We continue to keep current and efficient with the latest in business technology.
Our Property Management department specializes in long term rentals and management for owners whose properties are rented for 6 months or longer. We offer full service management which provides thorough property inspections, careful screening and selection of qualified tenants, rent collection and comprehensive accounting services, periodic and transitional property inspections, repair services and maintenance contracting, along with a 24 hour rental hotline and internet advertising.
Our office has been furnished to feel like home and provides a comfortable Hawaiian style atmosphere. We are located on Kuhio Hwy. across from Wal-Mart in Lihue.
