Thank you for visiting Aloha Island Properties for your rental needs. Our application fee is $10.00 per adult, and it is non-refundable. The fee covers processing and credit report costs. Payment is required upon receipt of your application. Please mail a check to our office. Our address is listed below. Please be advised that your application will not be processed until payment is received.

Please complete all sections of the rental application. Failure to do so will delay processing. Phone numbers for present/past landlord, employer and personal references are required. If you are self-employed, please provide us with verification of income (bank statements, pay/commission stubs, etc).  Your cooperation in providing the required information will help us to get back to you in a timely manner.
